This is the second confirmed case in California and the fourth in the U.S.Officials confirmed the third U.S. case in Orange County, California earlier Sunday. Chinese officials have so far reported 56 deaths and confirmed 2,000 more cases as the virus continues to spread to other countries. Chinese officials, meanwhile, have restricted travel in and around Wuhan and say that experts expect to confirm another 1,000 cases.
