Share TweetBy Analou De VeraThe Department of Health (DOH) said that more than 44,000 dengue cases have been reported nationwide this year. Based on the recent data of DOH- Epidemiology Bureau, there are already 44,566 dengue cases, including 167 deaths reported from January 1 to March 9. The figure is higher compared to the 26, 408 dengue cases reported during the same period last year. The health department recently renewed its call to the public to prevent dengue by implementing the 4S strategy in their households.
