The medical team travelled nearly 400 kilometres in the areas with bad road conditions. A total of 101 villagers were examined and blood samples were taken with advanced medical equipment. As many as 41 villagers tested positive for malaria. Clinical testsThe team of doctors immediately administered various injections for controlling malaria and a course of medicines after confirming through clinical tests. Velamamidi, Bodaputu, Patigaruvu, Sarasapadu, Allamputtu, Sidivalasa and Dharagedda ares were covered by the team.
