A Biman Bangladesh aircraft ferrying the passengers landed at the airport around 4:09pm Monday, confirmed Md Mokabbir Hossain, Biman Bangladesh Airlines managing director. They were stuck at the Kingdom due to suspension of flights to and from Bangladesh over the Covid-19 pandemic. They showed no symptoms of Covid-19, Mokabbir added. Earlier, the Saudi authorities had cancelled Umrah over Covid-19 fears.
