Dagati reportedly scaled a wall into a private yard, unaware that the premises were under surveillance by a security guard. During the altercation, Dagati allegedly pulled out a concealed pair of scissors and stabbed the guard several times in the head. The suspect attempted to flee shortly after the incident but was intercepted by an angry mob. The construction has forced many traders to rent private spaces to store their wares, which have reportedly become frequent targets for burglars.
