We need to take off those motorists who are not ready to be on the roads,” the Commander said. He said the agenda of the Command was to make sure majority of the motorbikes in the District were registered and insured by March 2020. Police Inspector Evanz Attitsogbui Grunitzky, the District Inspector of the MTTD said owners of impounded motorbikes were asked to register and insure their bikes and present the documents at the police station for their bikes.
