IPOH: A total of 40 Chinese nationals, including two women, were arrested in a raid by the Perak Immigration Department at a double-storey bungalow here Monday (Dec 9). “The bungalow had tight security with an intercom, and only those known to them were allowed in. “When we entered the bungalow, there was a full stock of food and supplies for at least a month. “The 54-year-old woman is believed to be the chef, while the 24-year-old woman is believed to be involved in immoral activities, ” he added. He said the department would liaise with other enforcement authorities if they were found to be involved in illegal activities.
