He's only four years old and already Max Jancke is proficient with a knife. And when a big moose leg was delivered to his home in Kugluktuk, Nunavut, he couldn't wait to separate the muscles. "I would describe him [as] extremely skilful for his age," said Max's father Mike Jancke. Mike Jancke says it's important to pass on life skills to his boy Max. Max Jancke is skilled with a knife, and his little brother Pierce is learning to grind wild meat.
