Alshaber Arbi, 18 and Gerry Isnajil, who were seen on CCTV before the explosions at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cathedral, surrendered to authorities at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Two more persons of interest — Alsimar Mohammad Albi, 24 and Julius Abdulzam Albi, 17 — surrendered to the provincial police at about 3 p.m. The two also said that they did not know the other suspects and came out for fear of being hunted down.
