Police said the accident happened at 9:30pm on Sunday in Moo 2 village in Tambon Na Klua, Bang Lamung district. The Suzuki Swift car with six people inside hit a bus stop before careering into the wall in front of the B23 Apartment building. Three of the killed were named by police: they were the driver, Ampol Thawanorn, 28, plus Phayu Thawanorn, 15, and Thanwa Kanha, 19. One of the injured was named as Weerayut Thawanorn, 23 and the other has yet to be identified. Relatives rushed to Bang Lamung Hospital to identify the deceased.
