Four people were killed on All Saints’ Day, two of them casualties in the ongoing war on drugs. Three of the victims were gunned down by unidentified men in Quezon City while the fourth was shot dead in a buy-bust operation in Manila. The body of Noel Yu, 45, was found on 4th Alley corner Kasoy Street at Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City, at 3:50 a.m on Tuesday. More than two hours later, another body was discovered on Sumapi Street in the same barangay in Quezon City. Found in his possession were two sachets of suspected “shabu” (methamphetamine hydrochloride), a .38-cal.
