At least four people have been killed and two others injured as a train hit a covered van at a manned level crossing near Feni Railway Station. The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. Feni Railway Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mishbah Uddin said: “Chittagong-bound “Turna Nishitha” train from Dhaka crashed into the covered van of “Sohel Transport” at the level crossing around 4:30am on Wednesday, killing three people on the spot. “The incident took place when the covered van was trying to cross the trail tracks.”He said: “The injured were taken to Feni Sadar Hospital where one of them died.”Feni Sadar Hospital Residential Medical Officer (RMO) said: “The injured are not out of danger.”
