RAJSHAHI, Feb 27, 2026 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) have arrested four accused in the murder case of Baharul Islam (50), a resident of Kholabona Nijhumpalli in Paba upazila of Rajshahi. The arrests were made during a raid in the Purba Chandura area of Kaliakair upazila in Gazipur late Thursday night. He later died while undergoing treatment at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital on February 16. A murder case was subsequently filed with the police station. After their arrest, the charge-sheeted accused were handed over to Damkura Police Station in Rajshahi, RAB added.
