MANILA, Philippines — Over 4,200 new contractual jobs have been created for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), said the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) on Monday. The 4Ps program is the government’s flagship anti-poverty program, implemented by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
