Rules of considerationOn appeal, Rosas claimed Toca had requested a number of extensions to the repayment date, and on each occasion Rosas held off on collecting her money. The appeal court said Rosas claimed Toca asked her for a last extension in January 2013, which meant that the claim would be well within the six-year limit.
