A magnitude 4.1 earthquake jolted the province of Surigao del Sur on Wednesday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. The updated report said that the tremor struck at 9:08 a.m. and Phivolcs recorded its epicenter 72 kilometers northeast of Lingig, Surigao del Sur.
