The victim, Billal Hossain, 9, was recovered from a banana grove in the sadar upazila’s Muraidaha village on Friday morning. Billal was the son of Shahidul Sheikh of the village and a student of Muraidaha Govt School. Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) (Sadar Circle), Kanak Kumar Das, confirmed the news. The victim had signs of injury around his throat,” ASP Kanak said.
