Meteorologists expect moderate weather along the north coast on Wednesday, hot weather in Lower Egypt and Cairo, and very hot weather in the south, especially during the day. Maximum temperatures predicted for Wednesday in Cairo: 37C, Alexandria: 29C, Matruh: 27C, Marsa Alam: 37C, Sharm el-Sheikh: 38C, Qena: 43C, Luxor: 45C and Aswan: 45C. Mist will affect visibility on roads in the morning along the north coast, Lower Egypt, Cairo and the Suez Canal cities. Winds will be mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength, prevailing in the west, the south and the Red Sea, possibly disrupting navigation. The Red Sea will have 2 to 2.5 meters-high waves in the Red Sea with northwesterly winds.
