But these young voices are already shaping and will continue to shape policymaking from both the public and private sectors as the world navigates these uncertain times. The members of this year's 30 Under 30 list are the result of months of reporter research and thousands of online nominations. A shortlist of candidates, compiled by editors and reporters, were reviewed by an expert panel of judges: Josef Janning of the European Council on Foreign Relations; Richard Youngs of the Carnegie Endowment Europe; and Brigid Laffan of the European University Institute. The youngest face to join the Law & Policy Class of 2017 is Josh Browder, 20, who founded DoNotPay whilst attending Stanford University.
