Police were called to a farm in Harihari on the West Coast after the sudden death of a 3-year-old. A 3-year-old has died after an incident at a farm on the West Coast, police say. A police spokeswoman said police were called to a farm in Harihari after the sudden death on Friday afternoon. The NZCC Rescue Helicopter based in Greymouth attended the accident but did not transport anyone to hospital. A WorkSafe spokeswoman said at 11am on Saturday WorkSafe had not been notified of the death.
