Police said the boy, about 3-years-old, was found inside a grey Ford Escape near North Service Rd. A toddler was found without vital signs inside a hot vehicle outside an office complex in Burlington Wednesday evening. Police, got the call around 5:30 p.m. Halton Police Inspector Anthony Odoardi said police don’t know the owner of the vehicle. The investigation is still in its early stages, Odoardi said, adding that some members of the boys family have been notified. He said that the boy was outside the vehicle when the police arrived.
