Franz Angelo Dizon, 24; Jomari Cortez, 18, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested in their homes and brought to the Manila Police District (MPD) Station 4. The MPD has launched a manhunt for two other suspects – Adrian Dizon, Frank Angelo’s brother, and a certain Adrian Bravo. Franz reportedly fetched the girl and her friend and took them to his house, where they raped her when she got drunk. Franz’s 15-year-old brother discovered the girls and brought them home. The three suspects were caught by an MPD Station 4 team led by Superintendent Andrew Aguirre before dawn Saturday.
