TACLOBAN CITY — Three men were rescued off the waters of Naval in Biliran province after their motorized pump boat capsized Wednesday afternoon. ADVERTISEMENT“According to them, sea water entered their small motorized banca, which was the reason why it capsized,” Asis said. They were immediately rescued by members of the Naval Coast Guard whose station is just located within the town port at Barangay Santo Rosario. The Naval rescue team also assisted in the rescue operation which just lasted less than an hour. Asis said that the three men were to board a ship bound for Cebu.
