In Cox’s Bazar, a suspected Rohingya robber, also the prime accused in a murder case, has been killed in a "gunfight" with members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Teknaf upazila. At one point, the robbers fled the scene leaving Al Amin wounded on the spot.”“A revolver with two rounds of bullets was seized from the spot. Bullet-riddled Al Amin was taken to Comilla Medical College and Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead on arrival,” Sahidul added. Titas police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Ahsanul Islam said the deceased Al Amin was accused in several robbery cases filed with the station.
