MANILA, Philippines — Two drug suspects and a man charged with murder were killed in alleged shootouts with police officers in Bulacan and Quezon yesterday. Cristo, San Jose del Monte. Police said the fatalities yielded guns, 22 sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P55,000 and drug paraphernalia. In Quezon, Bernie Dailo reportedly resisted arrest and fired at police officers serving a warrant at his hideout in Barangay San Andres, Candelaria at around 7:10 a.m.Two grenades and a caliber .45 pistol were reportedly recovered from the fatality. – Ed Amoroso, Emmanuel Tupas
