TUMAUINI, Isabela – Three people died while four others were hurt in a series of road accidents on Wednesday and Thursday, according to Senior Supt. In Naguilian town, a motorcycle carrying Jeorge Iquin, Mariel Marinduque and Illiah Fue Gueta crashed and fell into a drainage canal in Barangay Quezon at Thursday dawn. ADVERTISEMENTIquin was brought to the Providers Multi-purpose Hospital in Naguilian while Marinduque and Gueta were brought to the Isabela Provincial Hospital in Ilagan City. At 8:35 p.m. on Wednesday in San Pablo town, 64-year-old widower Domingo Cabaccan was struck by a speeding van driven by Leonardo Baggayan as he crossed the street in Barangay San Jose. Baggayan surrendered to the San Pablo police.
