LEGAZPI CITY — Three police officers were wounded in Magallanes town in Sorsogon province Monday night during an attack on their station by two suspected members of New People’s Army (NPA), according to a police report. The officers were identifed the report only by their surnames — Bartolata, Geum and Espera – and all with the rank of police officer 1.
