Chicago police say three people are charged in connection with a dead child whom firefighters found after putting out a small blaze in an abandoned home. Police said Thursday morning that 27-year-old Alyssa Garcia, 19-year-old Christian Camerena and a 17-year-old boy are charged with felony counts of concealed death and attempted residential arson. Police said the three were detained after officers responding to an arson call on the city's South Side saw them fleeing the scene. Firefighters found the body of 4-year-old Manuel Aguilar on Tuesday night, wrapped in a blanket that was smoking. Officials say the three smelled like lighter fluid.
