The stereotypes about millennials are plentiful: they are lazy, entitled, narcissistic, tech-obsessed, job hoppers, and the list goes on. Myth 1: Millennials don’t want to work. Companies and older employees could take a page out millennials book by flexing their schedules in order to achieve greater work-life balance. Myth 2: Millennials are serial “job hoppers” and don’t have company loyalty. Millennials who feel engaged by their company are 26% less likely to consider taking a new job compared to their unengaged generational counterparts.
