The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Central Luzon identified the suspects as Ang See, Kim Tan and Li Cheng. In coordination with the BOC, the PDEA conducted a sting against the suspect identified only as Moel in Barangay Bucandala I. The suspect reportedly tried to bribe the PDEA agents with an unspecified amount of cash.
