MANILA, Philippines–A 3.7 magnitude earthquake shook Surigao City on Saturday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. The quake struck six kilometers southwest of San Francisco in Surigao del Norte at a shallow depth of one km. ADVERTISEMENTIt was felt at Intensity IV in Surigao City, Phivolcs said.
