Films to be screened at 2nd Bangladesh Film Festival | IMDb'Amader Bongobondhu,' a docudrama on Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, will be the inaugural film of the festival. Films like 'Guerilla' and 'Chitra Nodir Pare' are being screened for the second time on special request, along with new releases like 'Dahan' and 'Putro'The 2nd Bangladesh Film Festival was inaugurated on Friday at the Nandan cinema hall in Kolkata. Regarding being a delegate, Ferdous told reporters: “For the first time I am going to participate in a film festival as a delegation member of the government. I hope the film festival will be a grand success.”Ferdous has acted in three of the films - “Postmaster 71,” “Putro,” and “Guerrilla," to be shown at the festival. Shooting of Ferdous’ current film “Gangchil,” directed by Nayeem Imtiaz Neyamul, will begin from March 1 in Noakhali.
