Share TweetBy Aaron RecuencoAt least 27 politicians in President Duterte’s list of narco-politicians won in the May 13 midterm elections, a top police official said Monday. PNP Chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde said 37 of the 47 politicians listed in the President’s narco list actually ran for public office in this year’s elections. Before the May 13 midterm elections, the government released the names of politicians accused of being involved in illegal drugs trade. Albayalde said some of those in the narco list won in the mayoral and gubernatorial race.
