GEORGE TOWN: The 26 youngsters who were arrested while high on drugs at a rented apartment in Prai on Sunday, will be charged in the Bukit Mertajam court tomorrow. Section 12(2) is for possession, custody or control of any dangerous drugs while Section 15(1)(a) for consuming and administering of any dangerous drugs. “We have received instruction to charge all 26 youngsters in court tomorrow," he said. It was reported that the teens, dubbed the ‘Group Goyang Kuk', were busted by police at the Prai apartment in Jalan Kelisa Emas on Sunday. Those detained comprised 15 men, aged between 18 and 26, as well as 11 women, aged between 15 and 23.
