A 25-year-old youth died after he was mowed down by a car driven by a minor in Outer Delhi's Prashant Vihar area. The incident took place on Tuesday and the victim succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday. According to the police, the 16-year-old boy who studies in Class 12 at a private school took out his father's car for a drive. Unable to control the speed of the car, he mowed him down," said a senior police officer. As the minor boy could not control the speed of the car, he mowed the man down and latter rammed in a road divider.
