Meanwhile in Balangiga, Eastern Samar one fisherman was reported missing and many roads there remained impassable as of yesterday. As of 4 p.m. yesterday, Urduja had 65 kilometers per hour winds near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. The DSWD is providing relief assistance to families and individuals in Eastern Visayas and in Northeastern Mindanao.
