Photo: Thai UyenThe Lao Cai police Sunday arrested a 24-year-old suspect in the grisly murder of a woman and three children in the northern province last month. Tan Tao Lo was arrested in a forest not far from Phin Ngan village where he and the victims lived, Hoang Dang Khoa, chairman of the people’s committee of Bat Xat District, where the village is situated, said. The four victims were Nai’s wife Tan Thi May, 22, their daughter Tan Mai Phuong, two, and newborn Tan Thuy Van, and May’s niece Tan Thuy Chi, six. According to local authorities, Lo was living with his wife and child in the village.
