It is Jack Bauer. 24 has had Jack Bauer fight Islamic extremist terrorists on many occasions, though also Russians, the Chinese, greedy corporate goons and at one point, even the traitorous President of the United States. Anything that worked to keep America safe on 24 seemed like something worth trying in real life too. I’m not saying to boycott 24: Legacy. I guess 24 is just doing what it’s always done in a way, but now, in 2017, it feels dated, and wrong.
