A 22-year-old man has died after being punched inside a Starbucks coffee shop in Burnaby, B.C., an altercation witnesses say began with a spat over a tossed cigarette butt. The woman went inside a nearby bank and came out with a man, and the pair followed Page-Vincelli into Starbucks. No charges laidAccording to witnesses inside the coffee shop, who declined to be identified, Page-Vincelli was punched and fell, hitting his head on the counter.
