22 arrested for drugs in Quezon CityMANILA, Philippines — Twenty-two persons were apprehended in separate anti-narcotics operations in Quezon City over the weekend. Four drug suspects allegedly yielded around P50,000 worth of shabu during a sting near a fast food chain along Don Antonio street in Barangay Greater Fairview on Saturday. Six other drug suspects were nabbed by police in a sting in Barangay Pansol before dawn yesterday. They allegedly yielded eight sachets of shabu, drug paraphernalia and the marked money. Other drug suspects were collared in Barangays Holy Spirit, Masambong, Vasra, Bagbag, UP Campus, Sacred Heart and Laging Handa.
