CAIRO - 11 October 2022: Around 20,000 trees were planted in Egyptian villages as part of the Haya Karima [or A Decent Life] initiative. Magdi Al-Hosari, the Director of the Environmental Affairs Agency Branch in Sharkia and Ismailia, said that 13,500 fruitful trees were planted in the Husseinieh Center. He added that a total of 6,000 trees will be beautified. According to him, the trees are varied between berries, lemons, olives, and canocorns. There were 48 dialogue sessions were held to raise environmental awareness among citizens.
