Col. Umar Sanda Ahmed were on Friday, May 17 honoured as peace ambassadors. Affail Monney, Col. Umar Sanda Ahmed and six others were recognised for their immense contribution to peace and the development in the country by the Ghana Turkey Cooperation and Development Association (TUDEC) at a ceremony held at the Galaxy International School in Accra. The other awardees are the George Amoh of the National Peace Council, Dr. Rabiatu Deinyo Ammah, a lecturer, Rev. Manager Director of TUDEC, Yussuf Temizkhan indicated the commitment of his outfit to champion the course of peace and promote religious tolerance in the country. We are propagating peace, tolerance and co-existence in our diverse ways.
