Months from the 2019 NFL Draft, San Francisco 49ers find themselves in a somewhat enviable position. He seems to be jumping up the draft board after spurning MLB’s Oakland Athletics for the 2019 NFL Draft. Remember, Baker Mayfield, Josh Allen and Josh Rosen all went within the top 10 of the 2018 NFL Draft. San Francisco has just five picks in the 2019 NFL Draft with a likely sixth-round compensation pick coming. At the very least, it’s certainly something on the mind of the 49ers’ brass months ahead of the draft.
