Conventional wisdom tells sports fans that an offensive shootout is about to happen in Super Bowl 51 on Feb. 5 in Houston. It would be a welcome treat after many years of a defensive juggernaut taking center stage in the Big Game. Sports fans also know that conventional wisdom often doesn't apply to sports.
