The Korean Embassy’s Korean Cultural Center recently treated mallgoers to a K-Pop Festival during the 2017 Pinoy K-Pop Star competition at the SkyDome in SM City North EDSA. Volo Pro Veritas danced their way to become Grand Champion, and will represent the Philippines in the 2017 K-Pop Festival in Changwon, South Korea. Finalist PARADOX sings “Bday” by IkonThe panel of judges was headed by the new Korean Cultural Center Director and Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines’ First Secretary, Lee Jincheol. A special performance by Dasuri Choi, the Korean Cultural Center of the Korean Embassy K-Pop dance instructor and Eat Bulaga’s Korean Dancing Diva, was a hit among K-Pop lovers. The 2017 Pinoy KPop Star competition is one of the many exciting cultural events at the Skydome in SM City North EDSA.
