Kategale Ltd has applied for planning permission from Fingal County Council to build the development in two phases. The first phase would involve 99 mainly two- and three-bed apartments in an eight-storey block, while the second phase would also involve 99 apartments in a seven-storey block as well as a four-storey commercial building. Kategale is linked to UK-based property development firm Westhill, which has worked on projects in Rush, Co Dublin, and Drogheda, Co Louth.
