The deceased, Diwakar Kansal, was returning home with his father after closing their confectionery shop when the incident took place, said the police. Soon after this, the miscreants fled the spot with the bag of ₹5 lakh,” said Shwetabh Pandey, Circle Officer - 3, Noida. Following this, the locals took Diwakar to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead. The sub-inspector of Bhangel police post was suspended soon after the incident, said the police.
