It gives you the freedom and mental space to pour your energy into the things that matter most to you. 3 – Women aren’t good at putting themselves first, but by paying yourself first you’ll be set up to help your family and achieve your goals. If you’re able, you can support women’s charities by donations of money or goods, or by including them in your will.
