OPP previously said the employees were MTO workers but later clarified the workers were employees of a company contracted to do work for MTO. "A passenger vehicle entered into the road closure of a collision scene," OPP said in a post on X, formerly Twitter. One worker was in stable condition Sunday afternoon, while the other was in life-threatening condition, OPP say.
