MANILA, Philippines — Two South Koreans facing criminal charges in Masbate City have been arrested by members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on board a vessel bound for Manila. Kang Min Go, 28, and Choi Min, 23, were collared in a ship of the Sta. The Koreans are facing theft charges in Masbate City. The money was reportedly intended for the financial expenses of six other Koreans, who were detained for human trafficking. Reports said the Koreans were suspected of stealing an undetermined amount of money from their compatriot in Masbate.
